Odiseacultura is looking for a HubSpot/RevOps operator to support CRM implementation and management with a flexible 30 hours/week role based in Medellín, Colombia.

You will work directly with our client, RevBuild Solutions, focusing on enhancing productivity and visibility in construction tech. Candidates should have strong HubSpot experience and excellent English skills (C1 or C2).

This is an opportunity to grow a contract position into a full-time role.
