This individual will partner with the Head of Hub Operations to guide projects and new leases from inception to execution.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Financial management/control of major hub responsible projects between € 1'5 and € 50'0 including office and industrial fit out in the Americas to ensure projects are achieved within agreed timelines & budgets!
- Close collaboration with the RE Americas Hub Operations team ensuring accuracy of forecast and budget
- Financial management/control of all Hub Americas lease in & lease out projects, including renewals and maintenance projects
- Primary interface for global RE FIN and other financial support functions on issues relating to Maintenance and Capex.
