As the HRIS Administrator reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you'll leverage your expertise in HRIS management and payroll practices. You'll coordinate payroll processes, manage benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with regulations. This position requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring smooth HR workflows in the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
