We’re looking for a People System Project Specialist to join us in Bradford or Reading on a 12 month fixed term contract.  This is hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

This is an exciting opportunity to support on the successful delivery and ongoing assistance across our HR systems platforms.
Sitting within the People Systems Team, you will work with the HR Systems Manager, ensuring governance process is followed for any system, process and project activity.

What will you be doing?
• Respond to in-depth specialist customer queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution.
• Provide subject matter expertise on key Oracle Fusion modules and other HR systems.
• Work with the People Operations/Oracle ERP teams to prioritise systems enhancements driven by continuous improvement activity or systems issues.
