About This Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for administrative, technical, and managerial roles.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Manage sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting).
  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative support.
  • Track and report recruiting KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
  • Gradually support other HR functions (employee relations, training, organizational development).
  • Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
