Responsibilities
Perform compensation benchmarking and market analysis, including base salaries and incentives, to evaluate external competitiveness and internal equity.
Participate in salary surveys, interpret market data, and provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to HR leaders and the business.
Conduct job evaluations by reviewing and analyzing job duties, scope, responsibility, and complexity to determine appropriate classification, grade, and internal equity for new and existing roles.
