Responsibilities

• Support hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Set up employees in HR systems (ADP, HR4, benefits, etc.)
• Help administer benefits, RRSPs, and WCB claims
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records
• Support managers with employee questions and situations
• Assist with HR projects like policies, onboarding, and training programs
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees
