Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as their Bilingual HR Operations Manager, enhancing client relations and operational processes. This position requires on-site work five days a week.
In this pivotal role, you will manage both Full Time and Part Time employee operations, ensuring compliance with all statements of work. Your focus on coaching, training, and problem-solving will drive employee engagement and client satisfaction while preparing detailed operational reports to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of statements of work for clients
• Plan and coordinate all program operations comprehensively
• Collaborate to resolve operational issues with upper management
