Assist with New Employee Orientations & ensure complete personnel files, including signing all legal documents.
Perform HR-related activities on HRIS tools (SAP/SuccessFactors), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
Assist with document audits, including urgent requests to scan, send or upload documentation for internal/external audits or per legal/HR Business Partner requirements.
Handle Tier One general inquiries such as policy content, basic leave questions, and employee requests to update documents such as life insurance and other transactional requests.
Process various HR transactions as per the established SOP.
Manage calls from employees & other HR staff – proficient in English verbal communication.
