The HR IT Value Stream Solution Architect is accountable for the end-to-end ownership of HR technology delivery and operations. This role combines solution architecture leadership, hands‑on functional expertise, day‑to‑day operational management, and business demand governance across the HR IT value stream. The role ensures that HR systems—SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time & Attendance—are stable, compliant, cost‑effective, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. The position acts as the single point of accountability for solution integrity across run, change, and new demand.
