About This Opportunity

Requirements
  • Current student in the last semesters of Computer/Systems/Software Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting, macros)
  • Microsoft Office in general
  • 80% English level
  • Power Automate, SharePoint management, MS Forms, Power Apps, AI tools preferable (Copilot, prompts)
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. RFC (Mandatory)
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude

Your role
  • Workday integration monitoring
  • Send integration results to users (Workday, PNET and T&A)
  • User support
  • Execution of mass load processes in Workday
  • Update SharePoint
  • Develop/update application instructions
  • Facilitate meetings with users
