About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Labor Relations for a highly operational role within a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

Manage labor relations (80% of the role) Handle and follow up on employee relations and conflict resolution Apply disciplinary actions and manage employee incidents Interact with union representatives and employees Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor (close to operations) Ensure a positive work environment and provide support to different areas

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Labor Relations Experience in manufacturing / plant environments
