We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the full scope of operational HR activities for our Mexico operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle experience, including contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, recruitment, and employee support.
You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and regional HR teams, acting as a key point of contact for employees while maintaining strong administrative accuracy and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
