Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department through communication of policies and procedures and updating the HR systems accurately for the duration of covering a 12‑month Maternity Leave.
Required Qualifications
College diploma or University degree in a Human Resources Management or a related field
Minimum 2 years related work experience
Related experience in an Unionized environment is an asset
Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in computer software for windows
Must have knowledge and understanding of OHSA and WSIB rules and regulations
Experience working with Health & Safety Committees and WSIB claims management
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
