Responsabilidades
Support labor relations for assigned groups by responding to first-level employment related questions and participating in structure investigations
Assist in executing corporate programs (i.e. performance review, personal development plans, employee surveys, merit planning, etc.)
Support incentive program administration
Administer employee performance management process and discipline through consistent application of company policies
Plan/coordinate events and provide consistent communication to employees
Run data for weekly & monthly human resources KPI reports required by site and corporate management
