Responsible for providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis for the HR Department.
Specific Responsibilities
Delivers full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, testing, interviewing and employee offers through to onboarding.
Conducts all new hiring HR orientation, and other applicable training as required.
Tracks probationary employees’ attendance and ensure completion of 2, 14, 30, 60, 90 day and semi-annual assessments by Coaches and Team Leaders.
Liaison for benefit and pension program for hourly and salary employees.
Processes all changes in HR systems including new hires and terminations and ensures all supporting documentation is completed and filed accurately and in a timely manner.
