In this role, you will:
Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank systems, knowledge, and processes
Process employee and position data changes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established controls
Provide effective and timely responses to inquiries related to HR data, position management, and employee lifecycle events from internal stakeholders
Assess the complexity of data‑related requests, resolving standard transactions independently and escalating more complex or exceptional issues as required
Act as a point of support for employees, people managers, and HR partners interacting with HR systems, providing guidance within defined procedures
