Provides Compensation and Benefits leadership and analytical support to the Senior Manager, Global Rewards.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for HR Managers for applicable global compensation and benefits issues, including procedural instruction, analytical counsel, and resolution for all matters across all applicable Global Reward programs.
Manage Celestica’s global broad‑based and function/site specific incentive programs: review and update incentive plan designs and employee communication materials; partner with internal stakeholders including Finance, HR Business Partners and Legal to determine metrics and targets; maintain and update plan documents; respond to and resolve employee queries and issues.
