Detailed Description

Provides overall support to the HR Senior Manager, Global Rewards across the entire HR portfolio of HR Global programs and initiatives. This role is part of the global HR Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Center of Excellence (COE). Responsibilities include the following:

• Act as a primary contact for HR Managers for applicable global compensation and benefits issues. This includes but is not limited to: procedural instruction, analytical counsel, advise and resolution for all matters across all applicable Global Reward programs.
