Required Education: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Education: • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, initially we are looking into 6 months, but more time is expected. • Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting investigations • Proven ability to provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training or upskilling programs • Fully bilingual (verbal and written)
