Support and assist with deploying, implementing, and driving key HR initiatives and activities in accordance with RRX policies and procedures, including but not limited to: full cycle recruitment and retention for professional and production positions; performance management; training and development; positive associate/union relations; workforce planning; diversity and inclusion; engagement; and equitable compensation and benefits
