You establish a very close and trustful relationship with the local leaders in order to drive people topics such as retention, ER, compensation, career & development, feedback cycles and performance management
You work closely with The KPI’s of the designated business units
Together with the Country HR Team, you break down our Global HR Strategy to country-specific needs and regulations
You handle ER cases including but not limited to labour law issues, complaints, performance issues and disciplinary proceedings in a confident and result-oriented manner according to local conditions in the designated area AMS Region (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)
You do not shy away from disputes but can proactively offer customer-oriented solutions that are in line with the principles of our HR Strategy
