We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide in-office support during a coverage period from May 28 - June 5th. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience or for someone who already has experience in an HR Assistant or recruitment support role. This role will include paid training days to ensure a smooth handoff before coverage begins. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, fully in office in Edmonton. What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting recruitment activities, including posting roles and screening candidates through Indeed
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants
Assisting with onboarding administration
Entering employee information into the UKG payroll system
Supporting benefit enrolment administration and HR data entry
Preparing employment offer letters and related documents
Providing general HR and administrative support as needed
