Purpose of the Job
HR Analyst role supports South Latin America and North Latin America employees by the control, management, maintenance, authoring and analysis of Human Resources data.
General objetives
- Data input of hiring, terminations, and movements of the employees.
- Validate and guarantee the accuracy of the entered data, through internal audits.
- Maintenance of our HR Data CRM - Simplify process by automation
Key responsibilities
- Responsible of data input, validation, and management of LATAM employees (Workday)
- Stakeholder notifications and updates
- Continues improvement process.

Background and skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, admin or a related field require.
- Tools: Success Factor, People soft, etc.
- Language: Medium-Advanced English
- Ability to work with cross functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.
