Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and system readiness
Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience
Talent Program Management
Manage the internship program end-to-end, including attraction, selection, onboarding, follow-up, and reporting
Monitor program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Internal Communication and Culture
Design and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
Support employer branding and culture-building efforts
