Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Engineer to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying production‑ready Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence agents that optimize HR workflows and drive measurable cost reductions.

What You'll Do

• Develop End-to-End AI Solutions: Design, build, and monitor Machine Learning models and automated agents to streamline multi‑step HR processes.
• Optimize HR Workflows: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify priority processes.
• Govern AI Safety and Compliance: Ensure the responsible deployment of all systems by performing rigorous model validation, maintaining strict data governance, and mitigating risk or bias in automated decisions.
• Connection with IT: Liaise with IT to drive broader HR solutions within our current tech stack.
