**Job Description Summary** GE Vernova is seeking an AI Leader to help shape the future of HR through the practical activation of AI agents within Workday and related people processes. This role will play a key part in identifying, delivering, and scaling AI-enabled capabilities that improve employee experience, increase HR productivity, and create measurable business value.
The role will bring together HR domain expertise, digital transformation capability, and a strong understanding of AI-enabled workflow automation. Working across HR, DT, data, and governance stakeholders, the AI Leader will help define the HR AI roadmap, activate priority use cases, and drive adoption and utilisation across the organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn emerging technology into practical business value, while ensuring solutions are secure, responsible, and aligned to enterprise standards.
