We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor or a Human Resources professional that is ready to take the leap into employee and labour relations. As the Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing proactive and just‑in‑time human resources consultation, recommendations and services to CapitalCare leaders. You will be working out of our campuses with your focus on employee labour relations, collective agreement interpretation and support in recruiting and workforce planning initiatives.
