About This Opportunity

Position Details: As a member of the Human Resource team reporting to the Director, Associate Experience, you will play a key role in supporting HR programs that create a positive Associate experience at CCG.

What You Will Do

  • Onsite reception duties at our Thornhill office location
  • Administration duties and support for the Human Resources and Office Services team
  • Coordination of the internal HR email inbox, responding to initial issues, prioritizing them, and forwarding them to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Coordination and support of various HR Programs and events

Who You Are

  • Post secondary education from a college or university
  • 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role. Human Resources experience an asset
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills
