Position Overview

Full‑time Housing First Case Manager to promote independence and quality of life for individuals or families experiencing chronic homelessness. Works throughout the County of Simcoe. Contract position, up to 37.5 hours per week until April 30, 2027.

Compensation Package

• Work up to 37.5 hours per week.
• Minimum starting rate of pay is $34.51 per hour.
• 11 paid statutory holidays.

Minimum Requirements Of This Position Include

• Community College Diploma or a University Degree in social services or other closely related field or a combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities as determined by the employer.
