We are looking for a part‑time House Person at Andaz Ottawa. The role involves cleaning rooms, maintaining guest room standards, and providing exceptional guest service.
What is expected of me in this role?
Operational
Vacuuming guest hallway floors, sweeping and mopping service spaces
Dust and polish furniture and fittings
Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
Restock and maintain supplies on a daily basis
Strip beds and restock linen
Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards; observe and report damage to hotel property
Customer Service
Respond to guest queries and requests and provide exceptional guest service at all times
Security and Safety
Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
