+ Clean and maintain guest rooms daily according to IHG Way of Clean standards. + Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and replenish guest supplies. + Sanitize high-touch areas including door handles, light switches, and remote controls. + Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, elevators, and public restrooms. + Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly. + Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE. + Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times. + Support teamwork and attend daily briefings and training sessions.
