Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites is searching for an inspiring and results-driven Hotel Manager to take the lead at one of our Brisbane CBD properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a hotel leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves elevating guest experiences, and brings a sharp operational and commercial mindset.

This role is for a hotel professional looking to take their first step or next step within a hotel management position, showcasing your strong background with body corporate / strata management. 

Reporting to an experienced Cluster General Manager, you will take full ownership of resort performance - driving service excellence, operational standards, financial outcomes, and strata compliance. With a hands-on approach and natural leadership presence, you’ll shape a high-performing culture and ensure our resort continues to stand out as a destination of choice.

Key Responsibilities
