As a key leader in this full-time role, you will be responsible for building a positive environment within the hotel. With 2-3 years of experience, you'll implement policies, monitor budgets, and manage staff activities. Your focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel’s excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enforce hotel policies effectively • Conduct comprehensive staff training sessions • Handle supplier negotiations for materials • Prepare and execute marketing plans • Manage maintenance activities efficiently
Requirements: • College/CEGEP credential or higher • 2-3 years of managerial experience in hospitality • Knowledge of computer systems, including CRS • Must work on-site at the hotel
