We are seeking a Hotel Contract Loader to support our Land Load team by managing the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfer services across multiple systems. This role is responsible for accurately loading, updating, and verifying travel-related inventory, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while identifying and resolving discrepancies to support client operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work with a high level of precision.
Key Responsibilities: + Oversee and update the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfer services in accordance with client requests.
+ Load and amend contracts in Travelbox, and perform cross–quality control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Assist in investigating and resolving data or inventory discrepancies to support smooth operational processes.
