+ Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
+ Managing restaurant reservations, waitlists, and guest seating.
+ Escorting guests to their tables and coordinating with service staff for smooth operations.
+ Answering inquiries about menu items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
+ Handling guest feedback and ensuring any concerns are resolved promptly.
