Act as the single point of contact between the Guest Relations Department and the contracted travel agency throughout the festival cycle.
Receive, review, and process all guest travel requests forwarded by the Guest Relations team and communicate confirmed itineraries back in a timely manner.
Coordinate inbound and outbound flight bookings, airport transfers, and visa support documentation for international and domestic guests.
Maintain a live, updated master travel schedule for all assigned guests.
Monitor flight statuses and proactively manage disruptions (delays, cancellations, rebookings) in coordination with the travel agency.
Liaise daily with travel agency account managers to confirm bookings, manage amendments, and resolve discrepancies.
