As a key boardroom ambassador, you will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Setting up and tear down of all catering requirements, including furniture to all meeting rooms in a timely manner, ensuring meeting rooms are set up and prepared according to standard, including working with IT and Facilities team members
Providing guests with excellent, professional and prompt service
Ability to serve both daily catering and onsite events independently at a high level with some supervision
Maintaining an ongoing knowledge of dietary restrictions
Maintaining general tidiness of all meeting rooms, staff lounge and hallways in the Client Centre
Assisting with stocking beverage fridges with inventory to ensure readiness
