Become an Acute Care Hospitalist at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. This role is designed for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians focused on in-patient care.
Located in Central Ontario, this position involves providing comprehensive medical care to hospital in-patients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team and may serve as the most responsible physician or assist specialists. Your exceptional diagnostic skills will be key in managing diverse medical cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care for hospital in-patients
• Work effectively with specialists and medical teams
• Assess and manage multiple medical conditions
• Handle overnight call responsibilities as scheduled
• Record patient information in EMR – Cerner (Powerchart)
Requirements:
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians invited
• Valid unrestricted CPSO license required
