What you’ll do: The Home Centre Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

To be responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store location and property while providing operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies.

To oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, image standards, safety, and asset protection within the Hardware and Lumber Departments.
