Heavy Equipment Supervisor - Neegan Development

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Heavy Equipment Supervisor is responsible for leading, mentoring, and coordinating crews on site to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong heavy equipment knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanship
• Lead and support crews while promoting a strong safety-first culture
• Conduct toolbox and tailgate meetings at the beginning of each shift and/or new site, including hazard assessments, FLRA discussions, PPE requirements, and daily work plans
