Health, Safety, & Environmental (HS&E) Coordinator – Buildings Division responsible for ensuring safety compliance on construction sites.
Responsibilities
Conduct safety orientations, job site inspections, and accident/injury reports.
Organize and conduct training programs (WHMIS, Fall Protection, PPE, CPR/First Aid).
Monitor employees and subcontractors on-site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and address issues.
Identify and mitigate hazardous situations, delegating and influencing others to follow safety rules.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years experience managing health and safety in construction.
Certified member under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations or in pursuit, with experience on large‑scale construction sites. National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate preferred.
