  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers through coaching and feedback
  • Ensure every class delivers a high-quality, engaging member experience
  • Drive member retention through proactive follow-up and relationship building
  • Actively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and progression
  • Lead weekly team meetings and conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new coaches
  • Monitor key performance metrics (retention, attendance, engagement)
  • Build local community partnerships and contribute to studio visibility
