Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Training function, including strategy, policies, and a roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement end-to-end training programs for both internal teams (sales & manufacturing companies) and external parties (dealers).
• Develop standardized training modules covering product knowledge, sales skills, customer experience, and leadership development.
• Introduce and manage training systems, including digital learning platforms, certification frameworks, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, After Sales, DND, HRGA, and Headquarters) to ensure training effectiveness and consistent capability development across the organization.
