The role holder is expected to lead, for country Regulatory Reporting department and for Country and Region, the Strategy & Planning function and Corporate Sustainability function and the deployment of its three strategic pillars including Sustainable Finance.
Summaries of each specific responsibility are hereby presented:
- As Head of Strategy & Planning, the role holder is expected to design and execute the strategy for country and region, engage Lines of Business in such deployment, produce market and competitive analysis, design and execute strategic projects including for products (for eg Credit Cards), segments (for eg BBU) and channels (for eg Call Centre), have a view on the Digital strategy of the bank, lead all M&A projects in conjunction with given LoB or with Group specialty functions such as Group M&A.
The role holder is responsible for the strategic direction HSBC Mexico and the wider HSBC Latin America.
