Position Description

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth for one of the companies in our Aviation Software division.

The successful candidate will oversee the sales team, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive market expansion into new segments and geographies. You will play a pivotal role in defining the go-to-market strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening our presence within the aviation ecosystem including airlines, airports, ground handlers, and aviation service providers.

This is a senior leadership role suited for someone who combines deep industry knowledge with strong commercial leadership and relationship management skills—someone passionate about delivering innovative aviation technology solutions that create measurable value for customers.
