About the role
We’re looking for a commercially driven, analytically sharp, and action-oriented Head of Sales Strategic Partnerships – Australia & New Zealand to join our Sales Finance team. This critical leadership role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, and frontline execution to drive growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across our top-tier partners (excluding Harvey Norman).
You’ll lead a team of Area/Account Managers to unlock sales finance volume, optimise partner engagement, and ensure our propositions deliver strong outcomes for customers and commercial returns for the business. You’ll also lead negotiations, shape go-to-market initiatives and work cross-functionally to remove barriers to growth across our most strategically important accounts.
Responsibilities:
