Head of Production – Toronto, Ontario Senior leadership role overseeing all unscripted and scripted productions from development through delivery; provides strategic production oversight, financial governance, risk management, and broadcaster‑facing leadership.
Full‑time, hybrid location (minimum three days per week in office).
Salary range $140,000 - $180,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of unscripted and scripted productions from development to final delivery.
Provide strategic guidance to production teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives, broadcaster expectations, and long‑term production strategy.
Collaborate with senior leadership on slate planning, production strategy, and capacity management.
Maintain oversight of development spend, reporting, and deliverables.
Oversee and approve production budgets, cashflows, and tax credit analyses.
