Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Head of Human Resources for an investment company in Downtown Toronto. This role is hybrid, four days on-site. They will be leading the HR function and supporting a team of over 100 dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and foster a culture of high performance and engagement. As Head of HR they will have a full‑time HR professional reporting to them.

Lead all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding, ensuring they attract top‑tier talent in the competitive asset management industry.
Develop and manage the summer intern / coop student hiring process.
