About This Opportunity

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in Argentina ensuring that their risk management and financial lines insurance broking needs are identified and met. Develop existing clients and drive the business development strategy for new opportunities whilst contributing to the overall growth of the portfolio.

The Role

  • Act as a thought leader and Develop FINEX central initiatives . thought leadership articles and research into Financial and Professional risks and threats; representing the Team and WTW on industry panels, webinars, social media, etc
  • Work along with local, regional leaders and Head of Finex for Latinamerica and to Develop new Finex solutions and best in class product wordings (for SPS/product etc)
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Have full accountability of budget and plan in Argentina, both retail and Fac, and report monthly to the Head of Finex.
